Cygnet Learning learning and assessment materials are mapped and validated against current requirements before release.
If a compliance concern is raised about one of our resources — for example during validation or an audit — and the original content of that resource has not been altered, we will work with you at no additional cost to review the concern. Where the resource is found to be non-compliant, we will provide a corrected version.
It’s how we make sure you can place our resources in front of your team, your learners, and your auditor with confidence.

The scope, set out clearly

The original resource
The resource in its original, unaltered form, as supplied by Cygnet Learning — not a version that’s been edited or contextualised in-house.
The current version
The current released version of the resource — not a superseded version that’s been replaced by a newer release.
The unit it’s mapped to
The unit or qualification requirements the resource was developed against, as published when the resource was released or last updated.

We’ll acknowledge your concern within [X business days] and let you know how we’ll review it.

Where the resource is found to be non-compliant, we’ll provide a corrected version at no additional cost.
