All resources are supplied in editable Microsoft Word format, so you can contextualise and brand them for your RTO.

A unit purchase licences the resource for use by the purchasing RTO and its own enrolled learners only. Resources may not be shared with, sold to, or sublicensed to other RTOs or third parties. See our Terms & Conditions for full detail.

Add the units you need to your cart and place your order. No payment is taken online. Our team confirms your order and issues an invoice; once it is paid, we email your resources via a secure link. See How It Works for the full process.

We use an order-and-invoice process so each order can be confirmed and any questions resolved before resources are released.

Units are currently $299 each as an introductory special offer.

When we update a resource you have purchased, we email you the revised version at no additional cost — until the unit is superseded and no longer equivalent.

If a compliance concern is raised about one of our resources in its original, unaltered form, we work with you to review it and, where needed, provide a corrected version. See our Compliance Promise page.

Yes — resources are mapped and reviewed against current unit and training package requirements before release.

Yes. Place a customised order with your requirements; we meet with you, scope the work and send a tailored quote.

Customised work is quoted individually based on scope, separate from the $299 per-unit catalogue price.
